It is with pleasure
that we announce the hosting of the 8th International Gas Conference and
Exhibition (NGA2012) by Nigerian Gas Association (NGA) which will take
place at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel Abuja between 25th and 27th November 2012 .
The programme for the three (3) days will be compelling, building on the gains
of the Seven(7) previous conferences where more than 2,000 business leaders
from over 30 oil and gas companies including services and financial
institutions have participated in the bi-annual gas conference and exhibition
since its inception.
Consistent with NGA objectives of promoting dialogue to ensure orderly
development of our Industry, and role of power including expectations from
Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB 2012) , the Council of the Nigerian Gas
Association has approved the conference theme “THE GAS REVOLUTION:
INDUSTRY FEEDBACK ON THE GAINS, CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES”.
A special feature of this year’s Conference is a “Leadership Roundtable” slated
for the Monday 26th November 2012,from 10:30am to 12:30pm, the session
will cover the following theme “Gas Revolution: Challenges & Opportunities”
which is in line with the Federal Governments Agenda for the Gas Industry in
Nigeria.
