The fourth meeting of Working Committee 1 (WOC1), under the Malaysian 2009-2012 Triennium, took place in Paris, France, at “SOFITEL arc de Triomphe Hotel”. In this meeting, Nineteen (19) delegates from ten companies in ten different countries attended the fourth conference organized by the French company GDF SUEZ.
