Bariloche and Villa La Angostura (5 days - 4 nights)

In the heart of the Nahuel Huapi National Park in the Province of Río Negro is located San Carlos de Bariloche, a city with a traditional alpine-village feel, situated in front of Nahuel Huapi lake. Come and be dazzled by its stone architecture and delight yourself with the exquisite chocolates and typical cheeses of the alpine region.

We will also visit Villa La Angostura, running along the north-eastern shore of Nahuel Huapi Lake within two national parks, surrounded by amazing lakes, rivers and centuries-old woods.

Day 1
You will be welcomed at Bariloche airport and we will take you to your hotel in Villa La Angostura.

Day 2
We will visit the “Bosque de Arrayanes”, a unique natural monument that is the home of centuries-old trees. We will sail through the lake so as to appreciate the native landscape.

Day 3
After breakfast we will go to Bariloche. In the afternoon we will do an excursion around the Circuito Chico (Small Loop) going along the Nahuel Huapi Lake, enabling us to take in the panoramic view of Huemul Island. We will ascend to the top of the Cerro Campanario by chairlift to enjoy the impressive landscapes and take pictures of the beautiful lakes and mountains.

Day 4
Come with us to visit the Cerro Tronador and “el Saltillo Las Nalcas”. We will depart in the morning and will travel along Gutierrez and Mascardi Lakes until we get to Pampa Linda. After a short walk of 30 minutes, which will allow you to appreciate the beautiful lenga and colihue forests, we will reach a cliff with 50m waterfalls.

Day 5
Before departing to the airport, we will stop at Bariloche city to buy their famous chocolates and buy some souvenirs.
